    Dignity is useless. Their website is useless. Their customer service is useless. I received a bill for $2409. When I called Dignity **************** to find out what it was for, they told me to call my insurance. My insurance told me they received a claim for only $9.00 and they paid it. I called Dignity again to try to find out where the $2400 charge came from. They told me I had to request an itemized invoice. And, to do that, I had to send them an authorization. Not sure why I need authorization for them to tell me what they're billing me for. Nonetheless, I sent it but they still didn't send me the invoice. So I called customer service again and finally received the itemized invoice which only listed a $9.00 charge for lab work. Absolutely nothing about $2400. So, I called Dignity yet again. This time, they said they couldn't help me because it went to collections already and gave me the number for the collection agency. So, to me, it seems like 1) Dignity is either completely inept at billing, b) Fraudulently trying to rip people off, or c) both. The customer service only serves to draw out the process longer so they can sell the debt to a collection agency. The website was useless. I couldn't access my records without some "ez" code that was supposed to be printed on my bill but wasn't. The system seems to be designed to bill false charges and never correct them. Horrible company.
