A representative from this firm APEX Processing Center, called my phone and gave ME the rundown of my student loan debt. At the time there was much buzz about the Student Loan Forgiveness bill up for review in Congress and the House. Wanting relief, I listened to the statements made: this company had all of my federal student loan information, was told that they worked directly with FEDERAL STUDENT AID, and was then given a contract in which they seemed to have in-depth and detailed information about my student loan debt. They stated that their 'intentions were to help me process the paperwork for the forgiveness, and then in 6 months another review would occur based on my financial status.- trusted this company to get my student loans paid. The contract was set at 166 a month for 6 months, then my student debt would be gone. They have taken money out of my account to the tune of $997 (since June of 2023)--Much to my chagrin, I am here now feeling disgusted, vulnerable, and ashamed as I fell for their false narrative. I hope that my voice will be heard here and that the BBB and ********************** can help in retrieving the money lost to these companies. I want to terminate my account, my funds RETURNED, and sever all ties with the firm immediately.
