We had worked with B*** a number of times and this last time was a nightmare. The work is done subpar and has caused a lot of damages on our property. There is absolutely no prep and no supervision, even by his lead foreman who quit on him. Bart is no where on site. His entire team is disorganized and comes without even gloves. Zero paper or prep work. No cleaning of surfaces so paint has dust in it. Uses razor blades on windows even when told not to do so. We had to hire a new painter to fix the problems and to finish the job. Some of the work has destroyed elements beyond repair, including having to replace some windows and ruining our very expensive gate. The only way to get it back to what it was will be extremely expensive. We used to be a fan of his work and we used to refer to him. Our next stop will be contacting the California contractors board. We have given him ample time to address things with us. We even had let him come back a few few times with his team and they just again created more problems. We had expert contractors and painters come in as well as window suppliers to take a look at the issues. We no longer have Bart come in and he says all of his team walked out on him. We floss all faith in him and clearly he’s not even doing a small amount to step up so we feel a duty to let the community know of his terrible worth and unscrupulous business behaviors
