I was forced to purchase a part from this company for my Ranger Tire Balancer. I was told my part would be shipped on Friday, 06/02. It didn't ship. On 06/05 I contacted the company again, and they assured me it would ship that day and provided me a tracking number. The tracking number didn't update for days. On 06/07 I contacted the company again and asked if my part had shipped. She told me, "well, it's not like I can walk down to the warehouse and check, but it shows shipped, so it's shipped and will arrive tomorrow.". On 06/08 my part finally shipped.

I have had nothing but problems with my 14k 4 post. Can't wait to rip it out and throw it away. 5 years and I've replaced 3 pumps, 2 hydraulic hoses, all the air lines, several rollers, and it has never worked correctly. Everyone should do themselves a favor a buy a rotary.

Don’t expect to get many years out of their air compressors. Had mine for 11 years of extremely light use. Needed to replace the reed valves and gaskets but all parts for that model were discontinued. Customer service said the only solution was to spend another $3500 for a new one. So every 5-10 years I can expect to spend $3500 for very light residential use? No thanks. You would think a company that claims their products are made in the USA would sell better quality equipment and honor the satisfaction of their customers. I’ll never buy another piece of equipment from this company, and I will spread the word about the garbage they are selling.

I purchased a GrandPrix XLT in June and the lift had structural issues as well as unmatched parts. After months of trying to get this resolved, Bendpak just kept sending the wrong parts. I finally gave up on them when they kept sending pallets of the wrong parts weighing in over 750 pounds. I told them I am not a storage facility and that they are too generous with MY time. Every time I call them, they are on the clock earning a paycheck... I am not. Now I have hundreds of pounds of scrap that I have to deal with and Bendpak is nowhere to be found. I eventually had the structural parts repaired locally at my expense because Bendpak did not want to incur the cost of crating and returning the lift. It took hours just to uncrate the lift just to realize it couldn't be used as is. Welds weren't even on the mating of the materials being welded and base plates were warped to the point that they curled up so only the base of the post touched the shop floor. This is about an 80% reduction in supporting surface area! Literally, pallets of the wrong items being sent to me and if you read the other reviews here and online you'll see that I am not alone. The credit card company sided with me on the matter and Bendpak did not dispute the charge back, which is a tacit admission that what was sent to me was a disaster that cost me time and money and that the logistics/expense of crating and sending back the lift would cost them more than they were willing to expend. Bendpak sent me a jack to compensate me for the necessary repairs, but I didn't actually want it; They insisted and that was supposed to be the end of it... but it wasn't. How many hours/days in phone calls, credit card dispute forms and evidence, waiting for freight, unpacking useless items, etc. have I spent on this? All because the quality control of this company is about as good as the "support" I received after disclosing the problems. Horrible. The story is too long and sordid to fully explain here, but the BBB is where people come to see what others have gone through so I thought I'd add my nightmare story for everyone to see. I told them to come get what they sent me as I have no place to store it out of the weather, but they just ignored me. Do I throw it out only to have them come asking for it later? What a mess of a company. There is nothing special about their lifts, so go with a company that will not be a disaster for you. I haven't heard from them in months, but I don't think this is the end of it. Eventually, I will just throw out the material they sent as abandoned property.
