Hello,
We understand you were concerned and frustrated with your recent interaction. To confirm, we requested additional customer information as the information you provided failed our Fraud monitoring system. We offered to honor your transactions and even provide a discount for utilizing an alternate, more secure, payment method. You declined. As a result your order was canceled. As you had placed the order via ACH, prior to the funds settlement period, you initiated a dispute on funds which caused a payment reversal. This order was and if fraudulent and initiated with the intent to defraud GoldClub Direct.
