**** Spinat with Allstate has been our agent for many years. He has had a questionable attitude for a while now but he stepped over the line this time. I was having trouble getting roadside assistance without paying out of pocket, which i have never had to do. We are seniors on a fixed income. Our cars are not new, so we have problems from time to time. I call **** for help and he said well it looks you've had a lot of roadside assistance like 8 or 9, that's in more than 10 years. I asked him what difference it makes I pay for it. Well, that set him off I guess, and he started telling me how sick he is and how much pain he's in and I was his first call of the day and look what I have to put up with. I do feel bad that he isn't well however maybe he should get some help or retire since it is affecting his attitude. I could tell he wasn't going to be much help, so I told him I'll figure it out and said thanks. He must have thought we hung up, but I was still on the line, and he very clearly called me a F_@#ing B&%$# so, I said something like real nice **** maybe next time you might want to hang up before you talk to a paying client like that and then I did hang up. I have since found new coverage with a different company, sent **** an e-mail of cancelation and refund and we're done. He gets zero stars from me.
