    It isn't possible to rate this company's capabilities since I have yet to receive my recovered data and new disk drive. I paid the extra money to get a receipt signature for the package and according to the ************ it was delivered even though I didn't sign for it. I contacted $300 Data Recovery and their response has been almost nothing; telling me that it was up to me to find the missing package. They only insured the package for $100.00 even though the replacement disk drive cost was much more than that, not to mention the recovery service cost. So now I am out the data that was on the damaged disk drive, the damaged disk drive, and the new replacement drive. The reason for the One Star rating is that there is not a "Zero Star Rating." and you must make a star selection to be able to select the Post button.

We prioritize ensuring you have access to your recovered data, as it holds the true value.We last contacted you on Wednesday to inform you that the package was delivered and signed for (note that **** often misspells the name of the signee). We recommended checking with family members or neighbors who might have signed for it. Had you written back or called us to explain you checked and the package was still not found, we would have gladly resent the data from our backup at no extra cost.Please reach out to our support team directly so we can promptly resolve this and ensure you receive your data. We already offered to resend this data to you at our cost, offering you a free replacement drive.     We have contacted this customer numerous times via email and phone calls and he has not responded even though we can see that our emails have been read. We have already re-transferred the data and are ready to send him another copy ASAP. It appears he did receive his package (as it was signed for and delivered to his house, and he's not responding to our numerous emails or phone calls), but he has not updated this review.
