These people are hustlers. You tell them what you want, they give you a price. Once you pay them they will build whatever saves them the most money. Having their own family members as workers with no experience. We were literally traumatized the whole time they worked here. They did the crappiest job, didnt even finish the job. Stay away from these people, they will take your money and 95% will go to their pocket, the other 5% they will use to build. And then be mad at you when you ask for better quality materials. Tell you about the allowance of what you could spend. Its ridiculous. They are liars, they are conman. Pics they have on their website of jobs, I doubt they did work like that. Just by looking at our project, they build cheap, they claim to build high end, you get a shack. They try to convince you that is what you asked for. If they are your only option, get everything in writing, do not believe anything said verbally. They will back pedal like nobody's business. Our project took 9 months when the contract said 3-4 tops. They disappeared for nearly a month claiming to wait on permits and inspections. I cant put into words how horrible they were, if you can avoid them, do it.
