Ordered a jacket 10 days ago the company has moved offices and delayed shipping. I asked for the order to be canceled as they are not shipping them out and was told no all sales are final. They are preventing me from purchasing another jacketInitial Complaint

I placed an order (TMC28739) for the Brazen Base Layer on April 24 and paid $200+ for the product. I followed up with the company on May 30 to see when my item would ship. Someone named ***** responded, saying "Production is almost over, so we should be getting this out to you real soon!"I followed up again on June 20 when I did not get a shipping notification, and ***** responded again saying "Production just finished! They are on the way to us now, so we should be getting this out to you in two weeks!"I followed up again on July 12 when I STILL had not received shipping notification, and ***** responded on July 17 (five days later) saying they should be sent in the next week. I responded the same day and said if I didn't get a shipping notification, that I would be requesting a refund.I received an email on July 27, 10 days later, saying they would be getting it out to me that daybut I would need to complete a survey. "Did you receive our survey and complete it? If not we won't be able to get this out soon."I refuse to believe a customer surveythat I never receivedis holding up a company from shipping me the item I purchased THREE MONTHS ago. I requested a refund, and have not yet received notification that it would be processed. This company is scamming people out of their money.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase for some clothing on June 28, 2023. Order # TMC29773.- The clothing item, did not fit my spouse correctly. I requested a return through their own listed process. I have called them, texted, and emailed their contact info several times since the item was delivered and found not to fit./- They do not answer the phone, emails, or voicemail.The Item in question:1 - Runaways - Women's Jet Black Protective Riding Jeans - $319.50 Their posted return/exchange process is found:*************************************************************** "...To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:1 - Contact Tobacco ************************** at **************************************** and we will assist you through the return or exchange process....If you have any additional questions please contact customer service via email at ****************************************"
