I pre-ordered a product at the beginning of 2023 that had a ship date of April. By may, I had no update on the product. Over the course of the last several months I have made MULTIPLE requests for a refund, and have been told multiple times, oh we PROMISE we are about to ship these out. I received an email stating that they would be shipping my product out soon, but some changes were made in the final production, and now we need some more information from you. After reading the email, it sounds like the design is being totally changed on the product. This is no longer even the product I paid for months ago. I sent an email, only a few sentences long, stating this was my final request for refund. I was no longer interested in doing business with a company that repeatedly mislead its patrons.They STILL responded saying theyre shipping out tomorrow. I will be contacting my bank to reverse the charges. This was several hundred dollars worth of gear. Do not do business with this company. They have been dishonest, and totally misleading. Most of their gear has a pretty high price tag when compared to moto gear of the same quality, and honestly, Id rather do business with a company that is honest with its patrons.
