I brought in my computer to get the display replaced on my Mac. They tried to get me to take my computer with a repaired dim display, I couldn't believe it. They said as well, 'my touch keys were loose', which was strange, as the computer was 3 yrs old. After them having my computer for 5 weeks and getting the run around from Sal (whom someone else also wrote that they were gaslight by this rep/store their entire experience) and never being allowed to speak to the Manager about the delays, promised discounts that never happened for the delays, I picked up my computer and within 2 wks my key tops were falling off and I could not type. The screen dims every 10 min while watching it. I brought it into an Apple store and was told by the Apple Representative that my computer has been 'lifted for parts.' My key pad was taken and replaced with a cheap aftermarket part and my display was also no longer retina display and the battery had also been replaced as well. Not only did Drop, Smash Fix, take my computer parts and replace them with aftermarket garbage, but I paid them about $500 to do all this and then had to pay Apple to repair as well. I have never dealt with such a terrible and dishonest business in my life - I will be reporting this business to Better Bureau Business as well. Please be advised to NOT bring your devices here! You will end up paying more in the end then the device is worth having to get it repaired again!
