            I purchased a pair of steel toe shoes for my son size 13. That is his size the toe is narrow for my son. Therefore the shoes didn't fit his feet. On their website I says you can get a refund keep the shoe in same package, must return 45 days after receiving. I contacted them by emails because that was the only contacted. I explained that the shoe didn't fit and I'm requesting a label to return the shoes and a refund. I exchange at least 5 emails with different request from the company except my refund. I explained I only want a refund. No response of any kind. I don't want these shoes, it's on there website you can have a refund. But that isn't the truth. They have not given me my refund, they have not even suggested that I can have a refund at all. I just want my $ ***** back and address or label to send the shoes back to the company. Which seems to be impossible.

            This company is definitely a SCAM. Shoes fit terrible, arch supports are almost non-existent and positioned in the wrong place. The toes are narrow, there is no support in the structure of the shoe and they hurt my feet. And, there is NO REFUND POLICY as stated in their ads for 45-day return/refund. They try to get you to accept a "free" pair with no refund, or compression socks! What? Or then donate to ************** and send them the receipt. ************** does not issue specific receipts for donations. This company needs to be shut down. It deserves less than ZERO rating.
