Absolute Wasteful Scum! First, my family and I ordered 4 big king ********** from the 2 for $6 option on the menu. Get home, the burgers are a fraction of the advertised size (essentially the size of a wopper Jr). A little peeved, we went back to the resuraunt to ask some questions because we thought we had been given the wrong burgers due to them being wrapped in ******************* and the size equated. We were informed by the cashier that they were the big kings and that they were wrapped in ******************* because they ran out of the proper wrappers. We then questioned the size and the cashier retorts with "that's advertising for you". Advertising is a representation of your product and should at least resemble what you are paying hard earned money for! And they were intentially mislabeled! We were told that the 2 for $6 did give an option of a regular whopper and so we opted to get those as replacements. THEN the audacity of all this experience, I was told I had to give the burgers that had already left the building and entered my house and back again BACK to them to get these replacements. I do so just being in a state of utter shock of bad business conduct (who the f*** takes back food product that is possibly already contaminated with who knows what, in covid times?! Also I've always known good practice to be giving patrons the wrong items free for inconvenience.) And then the employee proceeds to THROW THE FRESH S***** LITTLE BURGERS IN THE ****** Wastefulness as I've never seen! I literally could and would have given it to a homeless person, a starving dog, anyone!! I promptly stop the whole process, demanded my money back which they only refunded for the burgers not the now cold fries and warm shakes we had to suffer because of the time it took to deal with all of this bs. As I said, wasteful scum that are either fearful of their boss to the point of not honoring good business practices or are thoughtless careless drones.
