Zero stars!!! I took my car here when I first moved back to *********, for an oil change. I had had a Check Engine light on for about a year intermittently, but it always tested as the catalytic converter. I had been hearing that driving with a clogged chamber could cause a fire so once I got settled, I knew I would get it taken care of. While I was getting my oil changed I was able to speak with them about the cost of replacing it and the fact they use SNAP finance. I told them that when I needed it replaced I would bring it to them. Well fast forward a month or so and I experience a minor loss of power and the check engine light. I took it in to them as discussed and I arranged with my dad to use his car while it was being fixed. I ended up spending $3k to replace the catalytic converter and the spark plugs. Ok, expected. The next day after spending that money I got in my car to take my dad over to ****** to pick his car up and there was a sound it had never made before. I immediately took it over. He said let me grab the tech. Then he walked out with me without the tech and asked me to start my car. He asked me to do it a few times and recorded stating that the tech wanted to hear it (he could have walked out) Then without looking at it, seeing it, lifting it he tells me it is the blend door actuator AND WE DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH THAT. I said whoa I didn't say you did but you immediately started saying that you didn't do anything wrong. That is not cool. Well I left and contacted Snap Finance because I do not trust the work they did. Fast forward, my car sounds like a lawnmower. My car has never made a sound, I have owned it since 2015. I have an appointment at 2:30 with another shop in town to tell me what they see. If I were you I would go anywhere but here, They DO NOT stand behind their work. I trusted them clearly 1 too many times, don't make the same expensive mistake I did. I still have not heard from the shop....if that says anything.
