              Company regularly delays employee paychecks well past designated pay dates, or the paychecks bounce once acquired on a frequent ************* also makes it as difficult as possible for employees to collect paychecks by not giving direct deposit- making all employees drive to physical address to obtain paycheck regardless of where they live- and finally telling employees past the designated pay time (given by company 2pm every Tuesday) that they cannot pay them.

              Owners are Convicted felons from **** for wage theft. They do not provide state protected breaks and have been found in violation of Colorado Labor Laws. They have not responded to the notice to pay me what they owe, $6500. They are about to be found in contempt of court if I do not receive my money. Hey ****, ******* and ******, pay me what I am owed. You all should be in jail. See you in court!
