            The limo service was paid for in full and supposed to pick up our wedding party at 11PM and never showed up. They continued to lie and say they are there, that they got stuck and can't turn around, didn't know how to use GPS ... In the end they never showed up and still said they were on their way around 4AM.

            I would like to by saying again to the customer I apologize for the limo not showing up and refund 100% the limo got stuck when the driver could not maneuver the limo the vehicle is 40ft long and has a horrible turning radius now with that being said I would like to respond to first the driver nows how to use the *** that was added to make more drama for the review and second I did not lie about the location the driver could not give me an accurate location because of the gps was off line and thirdly this I was calling up until 4am. inaccurate!..well maybe if their watch was set to EST. I offered to pick up the customers in a SUV but they declined instead they already had called another servicet to pick them up question is why handle It this way when I offered to pick them up in a SUV I just find this a little disturbing calling me every 5 minutes for 2 hours when they had another company already in place.

            First, we didn't have another company ready to pick us up. Friends got us to the hotel. Second, you did say that the guy didn't even know to use the *** or his camera to send you a picture of the gps location. You told me that, and the lady in charge of spruce mountain ranch. I also had you on speaker phone the whole time so everyone was aware. You offer to pick us ** in a suv? when? you said you were close when you were out looking for your driver but there was 20 of us you telling me you could have picked all of us ** in your suv? I also have 23 witnesses plus vendors if you need to verify this.
