This company is so unprofessional. I hired M&M Lath to install stucco on my house at the end of April deposit given. Before getting the stucco I was told by two other stucco professionals that I would need to replace any windows and doors. I replaced everything needing replacing on April 4th, 2022. M&M started the stucco project May 4th 2022. Once completed on July 2nd 2022, I advised the owner ******* one of my back window was broke (cracked). I provided evidence and even offered him an opportunity to provide any proof they may have had that showed otherwise.****************** advised he would have his team replace the window. He came in and measured and said he will get window and replace it if it couldnt be repaired. After weeks of not hearing from him I reached again. He then requested me to provide him measurements. I called back with the measurements and was told they will go to get a window from Lowes and come replace it. Weeks later I attempted to call and email and text no answer. I get a text saying he will call right back and then no response there after. My son then called weeks later and he provided him with the same information he order a window and waiting for it to come in which will be in a day or so. My so. Attempted to call again and he isnt answer. I would not recommend this company whos card says they are licensed and insure but its hard to tell with all the running around I am getting.
