    Wow oh wow. First off, this review goes to the front desk ladies not the doctors or nurses. They are racist. My mother who has loss of hearing called to make an appointment and she was told to call back with someone that spoke English. Her English is not awful but takes patience as she cannot hear well and never been told such a thing even from insurance providers, retail employees, ****** employees, etc. Instead of offering an interpreter, she was turned away. After she hung up, she cried for one hour as she felt belittled and helpless. So I called and made the appointment for her and went to the appointment with her. As I am sitting in the waiting room, the front desk lady asks an Indian lady if she spoke English when she was speaking in English with her. After this encounter, I went up to the Indian lady to confirm if I heard was correct. To my dismay, she was asked if she spoke English. Then I saw another Indian man who had appointment today get turned away since he didnt speak English and didnt bring his interpreter. Wow. Then I see the front desk girl show so much compassion to an elderly white couple speaking so tenderly to them and opens the door for them. This is so disgusting. Please train your employees to have compassion towards everyone, get an interpreter on the phone when necessary and do not turn away non native English speaking people because the front desk girls have no patience to listen. Its also illegal to turn away patients because your racist front desk ladies dont want to deal with accents.
