Hello, Omni Interactions talent team emailed me 09.23.2024 at 12pm *** about a job opportunity for ******** customer service representative. I applied and later received an email 09.27.2024 to start my background/ drug test. I paid $40 for my background the same day. I received a confirmation email from the vendor (first advantage); with a note that this would be forwarded to Omni. This was also on the same day. My drug test was completed the next day 09.28.2024 at ****************-*************, *****. I received a follow-up from Omni confirming they received my drug test sample; along with a reminder to complete my background check 09.28.2024. This confused me, as I already did this the same day of the initial request.Yesterday 10.01.2024, I received paperwork to sign( omni MSA, w9 contractor form, and the statement of work). I signed all 3 documents. Later evening 10.01.2024, I received another reminder to initiate my background check. I replied to that email informing the agent I had already completed that task. I was advised to contact the vendor (first advantage). I called the vendor 3 different times. Once 10.01.2024. The agent ******* A informed me my background check was completed. The other two times; I spoke with the vendor, agents: inishaca and ****** confirmed this as well. *Note: ****** told me that omni deleted my background check report and sent me a new link to start again.*Today 10.02.2024, omni informed me that I was removed as a candidate from the contract for ********, due to not completing my background check. I emailed ******************** and received pre-canned responses to check with the vendor. Later today, I was told I had multiple profiles that were to be merged and to wait for a response. Another email came informing me they merged my profiles and I no longer qualify to contract with them. My profile was restricted. I am seeking compensation for my time and effort.
