Stay away from Brothers Landscaping Colorado or any business owned by ************************* and ***********************. They do not honor their stated 5 year warranty and do shoddy work.We hired Brothers Landscaping Colorado in the spring of 2021 to design and build a paver patio and landscaping for our backyard. A few weeks into enjoying our new patio the pavers began cracking and the seating wall began separating. This cracking and separation has continued to where its now an eyesore and feels unsafe to sit on. We notified them repeatedly of what was happening and patiently waited 18 months plus for them to return to fix it based on the warranty on their construction proposal document. They had excuse after excuse, at one time telling us they were barely staying in business. In our last email with them they refused to honor the warranty telling us we had voided it by putting furniture on our patio. We followed the verbal instructions of the workers on this. There was nothing in writing giving explicit instructions for when to place furniture so we took them at their word, which we now realize is worth nothing.During the installation of the patio, pavers were installed flush with the hose bib rendering it unusable despite us telling ****** we wanted to be able to utilize our hose. He hired a plumber to fix this mistake then tried to get us to pay the plumber invoice which was made out to Brothers. We refused due to this being a poor design and installation mistake and he now claims we didnt pay our project in full. We have check copies proving we did and if we truly had not paid for our project we would have heard from Brothers about this which we never did until we asked them to fix their mistakes.We filed a BBB complaint and Brothers responded saying they would not honor the warranty. We tried to do things the right way and now realize we are dealing with a dishonest company that has no intention of honoring its warranty or doing quality work.

This client has continued to harass our company, he tried to put a complaint thru the BBB already and it was denied, they did not pay the invoice fully, ignored our request to stay away from the newly installed pavers and the proceeded to remove the caution tape and walk on the pavers and even put furniture. Our warranty does not cover customer neglect or unpaid work.
