We chose to work with ****** Center, owner of Summit Air Solutions for installation of a new furnace for our cabin in Blue River. He was very personable and put together a reasonable proposal. Installation of the furnace went pretty smoothly in February of 2023. He guaranteed all service and repairs on the furnace for the first year. In December of 2023, the furnace stopped working. I notified ******, who made one trip to the cabin and was unable to repair it. He promised to return and that he would get it working again because his name was attached to it. Unfortunately, at this point he completely ghosted me and never returned to the cabin and even stopped responding to phone calls, text messages, and emails. I was forced to reach out to another HVAC company who kindly agreed to work us into their busy schedule. Despite assurances from ****** that this was his problem, we were forced to pay a not insignificant repair bill for a new furnace which was still under warranty. I almost hesitate to write this for fear something having happened to ******, but after 4 months I still have not heard a single word from him, after he abandoned us fully aware that the furnace he had installed less than 10 months earlier was not working and our cabin was without heat in the middle of the winter. (Will remove this review if I learn that there are extenuating circumstances for ****** abandoning us and we are reimbursed for the cost of the under warranty furnace repairs.)
