Their website states, At the end of the day, we arent satisfied until our patients are satisfied. That isnt true if you request a refund for poor, unprofessional service. To renew my drivers license online, I needed a recent eye exam. The eye center I usually go to was booked so I came here. Reading vision was off a little, otherwise I had no issues with my eyes. I paid $95.00 for a basic eye exam. The doctor stated my vision was dramatically different from the prescription I was wearing, regardless of the fact that I could see well with the glasses I was wearing. He aggressively pushed a full exam. I asked what the cost would be and was told they couldnt tell me that until it was done. He stated when ******** went into effect he would bill them. When asked if he accepted ********s payment as full payment, he wouldnt give me a direct answer. He wrote a prescription, stating it would take a week or so for my brain to adjust to the new lenses. The prescription was so far off that I couldnt see to drive. I went back and the doctor tried to convince me it wasnt the prescription, but was something wrong with my eyes. Again, he pushed a full exam that he could bill ******** for. He wrote a second prescription that was again inaccurate and I still couldnt see to drive. I complained about the doctor to the front desk and the owner of the business called me when I got home. He asked what he could do to make it right. When I told him I wanted a refund he refused, stating I should follow the doctors recommendation and come back in for the full eye exam, (at a price they wouldnt disclose). At that point I was already out $600.00, including the cost of a pair of glasses that were useless. He made excuses for the doctors poor performance, spoke over me, was argumentative and had not intention on rectifying the situation. I ended up going to a different eye center, had another eye exam with a professional who wrote a prescription I can actually see with.

Had a very pleasant and helpful exam here. The doctor (Dr. K***) was easy to work with, pleasant, competent, and really took the time to do a detailed exam. I was in an out in an hour. Couldn't have been better. Thank you!

A routine eye exam for my family was billed as a as a medical eye exam, so the business could work around my insurance coverage and charged me additional money. They were not up front about this, just got the surprise bill. If we needed specialized eye care we would have seen an Optomologist-who have the medical training necessary for a medical eye exam. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR GO BACK!!!!
