I think people have missed Randy wrong. Not only does he call his customers Liars but when they go to him for help it seems like he does bare minimal work. He supposedly stands behind his work and yet sent me home with my vehicle still absolutely broken and not starting. On top of that I got my vehicle back with the passenger window no longer working and my windshield broke from Passenger to driver side. When I asked him what happened to my windshield, he got snippety and told me it must have been me. And then he tried pointing out two other spots on my windshield that I put ******** stickers on so the pin holes wouldn't spread. I told him I know what I did I even fixed those. I asked him if he had any cameras on the corner of 8th Avenue and 13th Street and he said his facility does not. So how does anybody actually know the quality of the work he gives back. How is he held accountable for any damages or a vehicle still being broke after repair cost. As I was walking out the door and I grabbed the business card, he told me to never call him again and that he never wants to see me again. That's an amazing way to treat a customer. So I was told I did damages to my vehicle while it was on their property I guess, and that I'm a liar, and he straight up told me that he didn't fix my vehicle because it would start for him. I took my vehicle to him because the fuel pump went out and I told him that. He says it starts up just fine why fix something that isn't broken. Are you joking me?! So I get in my vehicle to drive it off of the property and it doesn't start. Even though he just said that he had driven my vehicle around the block 5 minutes prior and that it has started up every time he has started it. My air filter was sprawled out on my passenger seat? He never checked the pressure gauge any of the times he had my vehicle started. Then got pissed at us when we asked him why he didn't. Unprofessional, untrustworthy, and unreliable.
