Worst experience ever. I went in for a routine dental cleaning and it turned into a nightmare. They wanted me to sign a form which would have absolved them from taking care of my information that might be used by a third party, HIPPA would not have protected me and they wanted me to believe that their information data base was unbreechable. Hello, have you seen how many data breech's occur yearly, including breech's of top level government sites. The for clearly stated they would treat me even if I refused to sign the form which was an outright lie. They asked me to leave and even tried to intimidate my by following me out the door while trying to insult me. The office manager was a joke and could not connect the fact that her form, which she supposedly wrote, clearly had wording that would have them still treat me if I did not sign the privacy policy. She was so rude and condescending and felt that she was empowered with some almighty ability to decide who got what. Her little office world was the only place she might have a little control, but not really; the client can always refuse to sign a misworded piece of garbage releasing them of any liability for your information. Having been in the business sector for over 30 years, I've been threatened by much more stubborn people but right over comes most idiots and the office manager was one of the dumbest persons I've dealt with. You didn't intimidate me as you followed right behind me to the door, I gladly left and will make sure I let everyone know of the ugly and malicious way you treated me. Please don't EVER use this dental office and make sure you read EVERY form they put in front of you. You'll be surprised at what they are trying to make you agree to. My years of dealing with businesses has made me aware that a few extra minutes of reading will keep you from having to repair your credit in a breech. I can't express this enough, PLEASE DON'T USE THEM. This is what I experienced and my opinion, they stink!!
