I dropped off my car to be repaired the 16th of August before I went in vacation to visit my family overseas. They requested $3,000 deposit. I came back a couple of weeks later and re-visit that week with the shop for an update. Car wasn't done and they were waiting for parts. No problem, I was never told the car was going to be done right away, and I had a foot surgery schedule the 5th of Sept so really didn't needed the car. After a couple of weeks the car was not ready and they have been telling me to come back in 2-3 days, come back next week, the following, I passed 2 weeks after, they keep telling me to come back in 3-4 days, or next week etc... Got ****** and ended up complaining to them and asking them what was going on?? this was about a month or 6 weeks ago. I've got calls from them letting me know that the car will be "definitely done at the end of this week"... nothing! I talked to them face to face and told them they are not communicating with me very well and that that was extremely rude what they are doing to me, and I was very irritated by their lack of proper communication and continually lying to me etc.. Again, come back next week "the car will be done, I promise, I apologize" NOTHING!! Is not only irritating but also insulting and so disrespectful. I know that one of the times I was there like 10 days ago they already started working on my car... I was thinking about putting a formal complaint but I still didn't wanted to reach out to better business because at the body shop keep telling me that the car would be done. Last week, Friday the 3rd of I followed up with the owner/manager, ****, again, he said he was going to check on the car, this was 12:30 or 1:00 pm, he never got back to me. I justs stop by a few minutes ago and he said he was working on my car himself today he said the car will be ready for paint tomorrow. I really doubt it. so here is my complaint.
