I took my kia ******* in to peak kia on ********* in *********, *** at 10:04am. I told **** that the vehicle upon start up sounded like it was going to die. They gave me a uber ride home. I started calling at 3:30pm after waiting 5 hours of hearing nothing and sent 2 texts to **** and had no response. I then called the main number 4 times, and each time was 10 minutes if she picked up and said she will go get someone in service and spent another 5 minutes and the phone went dead each time. I then started calling the main number again at 5:07pm for 3 more times, until finally at 5:15pm -- I got a live person who told me my car was done at 3:15pm and proceeded to tell me they have been trying to get ahold of me since then with no success. That was an outright lie, I had been right with my phone the whole time. I wasted almost 2 hrs, with no response and never got any calls or emails from them. So, I said to the man, go ahead and send me a uber ride and I will come pick it up and he said they do not do that anymore. I said how in the heck was I supposed to know that. He said well, we gave you a uber ride home to begin with and you should have been aware of no ride back. I told him how was I supposed to have known that and he said someone should have told me. I was so upset with this person, I just said I will be there in the morning to pick it up. End of call. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! They certainly did what they were trained for which is to do nothing and say nothing, no apologies, no I am sorry, this is what you can expect from them! I have learned though that you cannot fix stupid!!!!!!Peak Kia Response

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I took my Kia ****** in for them to diagnose the issues I was having with my car. I drove 2 hours for this service and was informed I would need to leave it there for a further diagnosis. I was guaranteed that they would have it in the shop the following day to have the technician look at it and they would be in touch to let me know what they found out. I never received the call the following day so I called and was informed that my service manager wasnt in that day and they would have her call me the following day. I still never received a call. The communication was absolutely terrible and after calling them 5 days after I dropped my car off I decided I would just go get my car after I was quoted almost a ***** dollar repair. Upon picking up my car and paying almost 600 dollars for a diagnostic, I get in to my car to drive the 2 hours back home and to my surprise I have no power steering! Before dropping off my car I had absolutely no issues with my power steering. Nothing has been resolved with the issues that were caused while they were in possession of my car. Please avoid this business and company as they do not take care of their customers.Review from John S

I'm not surprised when I saw 1 out of 5 star review for Peak Kia in *********,**. I give them a big fat ZERO. I posted my car for sale on Cars.com. I received a call from a young salesman from Peak Kia in Littleton. He said his dealership was interested in buying my car. He asked if I could bring it in so they can take a look and test drive it. So I did. When I arrived at **** I asked how they knew my vehicle was for sale, and he told me the dealership pays a monthly fee to cars.com for that service. A couple of *** folks took my car out for a test drive, they loved it. Took about ************************************************ a reasonable amount for my car. They cut and check and I took a Lyft home. About 30 minutes later I received a text stating there was something wrong with the check and I need to call them immediately. Well, nothing was wrong with the check, they just had buyer's remorse and wanted to return the car to me and wanted the check back. Evidently they put in the wrong VIN # and the manager tried to insinuate that I provided the incorrect vin number and tried to blame me for their error. I never provided a vin number! They drove the car, they took a picture of the vin # which is located inside of the drivers door. Rather than admit they made an error, they tried to blame me. Shows a complete lack of integrity and honesty. When I returned to give them the check back and pick up my title, they said all the paperwork was in the glove box. When I got home I realized the title was missing. I phoned and they wanted me to drive all the way back to Littleton to pick it up. Again, they wanted me to "pay" for their mistake. I was promised they would overnight the title; they did not. Another lie. I had to call them and eventually I had to tell them I was going to call my lawyer, and also call Fox 31 Problem Solvers to get my title back. After 3 days I finally got my title back. This company is ****-league and without integrity.Peak Kia Response

I found a vehicle on the Peak Kia website I was interested in buying from their "Hail Sale" so I called the dealership as soon as they opened at 9am to confirm availability. The salesman took my information, and then 10 minutes later called me back saying it was available. While I had been waiting I also used the Peak Kia online chat to check availability and agent online confirmed availability. I left work, packed up my family of 6 and drove 86 miles to the dealership (we live in ****). Upon arriving they tell me the vehicle is no longer available and "just sold, they're doing the paperwork now". I pulled aside a different salesman who didn't know anything about my situation and had him check availability. He said there were no offers on the vehicle that day and that in fact the vehicle had been unavailable "for quite some time". I was then informed they had another, nearly identical vehicle available on their "Hail Sale" so we moved forward with the purchase of that vehicle. They pulled my credit and their interest rate offered was outrageous (*****%) so I went down the street and got financing from a local bank (****%). I also set up insurance and returned to the dealer to finalize the paperwork. At this point they told me the vehicle was actually not included in the "Hail Sale" and was full price. This bait and switch predatory business practice is despicable. By the time I got home from the dealership I had my credit pulled twice (not good for your credit score), lost an entire day's earning ($240), $40 in fuel, and 8 hours of travel time and waiting around the dealership with my entire family. The outright lies I was told are not good for the Peak Kia business.Peak Kia Response

Don't buy from these liars. I dropped off my car in March to get a simple fix. After months of not hearing anything I finally got a hold of them, they started telling me lie after lie about why it's taking so long or why they couldn't do anything. I finally went to Kia ******** service who was amazed the car had been there that long. After more months of confusing reports that did not line up with the Peak Kia lies, I finally got a message saying "sorry, not going to do anything".It took them 9 months to find someway to worm their way out of the bumper-to-bumper warranty. This car has barely 85K miles and is currently a pile of trash.Peak Kia Response

One star is not even deserved. ** Sept 2022 we leased a 2023 *** **** with 29 miles. ** November 2022 at about **** miles the car would no longer charge. Peak Kia took the car and tried to repair it. Months and months went by, and finally, they said they couldn't fix it. They did not offer to replace it or make things right. The car is sitting with flat tires in their lot. We have now made 11 payments to *** and have no car to drive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Corporate *** doesn't care and hasn't had a resolution either. BOTTOM LINE - DON'T BUY A **** KIA **** AND PEAK KIA DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!Peak Kia Response
