WARNING: .**First I need to say this grooming business is now called Happy Paws with new owners** BBB doesnt have the new owners or the new business name.I dropped my dogs off at 8 AM and they did not call to tell me they were ready until 3:30. Way too long for a pet to be kept there. And I dont believe they give the animals water so that they dont have to pee. Cant say this for sure, but my dogs came home and ran to their bowls and drank frantically for 5 minutes straight.So, my dad picked up my Pomeranian and brought her home and my jaw dropped. We spent so much time growing her hair out and told her we wanted the hair to stay fluffy and long. They completely shaved her down. My dad told him exactly what I wanted, and then they asked him if he wanted 1/4, 3/4 or 1. My dad had no idea and he agreed on 3/4. If they saw that my dad had no idea what to choose, they should have just gone w/ his initial description of long and fluffy. But her hair was so long that even if they cut 3/4 it would still be long, and not shaved to 1/2 of hair left.Then I called them, very calmly at first to tell them that that was not the haircut we asked for and they argued with me relentlessly and they kept talking over me louder and louder and louder and then I had to get louder and louder. I said I want some kind of compensation and she says Absolutely not! and she hung up on me. I called back she hung up on me again and then they turned their phones off. I of course went over there and said angrily How dare you hang up on me! You cant even have a calm and rational discussion about a dissatisfied customer without being nasty and incredibly rude and then hang up on me twice??!! You cant even acknowledge that there might be a reason for their dissatisfaction and come to a compromise? Its called customer service. Ever heard of it???!! And then they proceeded to call 911. I just laughed at them when they said that. What a joke. Upon reading other reviews, apparently this is not the first time they threaten to call the police on people. Its always theyre right and youre wrong no matter what and they dont budge. These people have the worst customer service Ive ever come across and Im so sad that my Pomeranian is shaved down to a 1/2 of hair. I cried. Please Im begging you not to take your dogs there.
