My experience with Basement Finishing Colorado ("BFC") was remarkable. ********************* worked with me to get the design just as I wanted it and made suggestions that I would have never thought of that were implemented. I had a work room in the basement with a utility sink, cement floor, small metal window and surround work bench. To see it now, no one would believe how BFC transformed it into a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, heated tile floor that looks like old barn wood, laminate counter tops with bull nose edges that look like granite (seriously no one believes me when I tell them it isn't stone) and a sink that mounts flush with the counter top. I had asked for a gas stove and oven and a garbage disposal that my current electric panel (as I remember it) would not accommodate initially. That was remedied and my gas stove wish came true!!! Also had to move the water main in the house (I think that is what it is called.) Went smoothly. BFC also put in heating vents in the kitchen that were not present before to that room, added heating vents to the bathroom and living room that were also not present before as well as a new air return and key lock on the sliding door. I already had a living room, bedroom and bathroom downstairs but wanted to make it an Accessory Dwelling Unit and to move downstairs and have people rent the upper two levels of my 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home so when my kids graduated from college I could live there and get help paying off my remaining mortgage before I retire. BEST decision and investment of my life. So beautiful and love walking bare foot on the heated tile floor in the winter!That was my project and the management could not have been better. There was communication from the get go through to the final walk through. Every detail was taken into account. Change orders were taken without hesitation and were followed through. It was a joy working with ***** and *********************** and BFC team. Highly recommend!
