      I purchased my photography website from Bludomain many years ago. I now pay a hosting and domain fee annually. I paid Bludomain in Sept of 2022 $120 (for ********* domain/ hosting), then again June 2023 $120 (for ********* domain/hosting). In January they sent me another request for 120$ saying I had not paid in June. I was out of town and knew from past experience if I didnt pay this fee they would take my site down, so I paid it. When they requested another payment from me in August for $120 I stated that they needed to look back at my payments and the $120 sent in January should cover my (domain/hosting for *********). I sent copies of the 3 ****** transactions stating that maybe the confusion was that I have 2 ****** accounts (catherinecmayo and catcmayo) 2 payments came from one ****** and 1 payment came from another. They did not respond so I submitted another ticket with my receipts. No response. Now they have taken my site down and when I submitted another ticket yesterday I was told I needed to pay the fee or my domain could get purchased by someone else. If you look at the reviews of this company, you will see most complaints are filed against their accounting department which is clearly not being managed properly.

      BluDomain is the registrar of my Domain - www.girlmeetscake.com & has been since inception 11-9-2009. Each year I pay a $20 domain renewal fee to make sure my website is not interrupted. Every year, without fail & despite me making timely payments, my domain expires - website gets shut down & I have to email BluDomain to have them fix the issue on their end to get my website back up. This year, I paid the $20 fee on 11-4-2023 only to find out 5 days later that my website is now down. I have been contacting BluDomain since 11-9-2023 to get my website back up. I have received no responses from the company & have emailed them every other day since the 9th with not a single response. Furthermore, despite not renewing my domain & letting it expire - they will not release my domain so that I can register it with a more reliable company. Basically, my business that I have worked to build for 14 years is suffering because I have no website & the only thing I can do is rebrand & start all over again because I can't get a simple response from BluDomain. My website has been down for almost a ********* am losing considerable income daily.

      Good day,I made payment of USD120.00 (via PayPal) for hosting and domain renewal for my Photography business (********************* Weddings) on July 3, 2023 via PayPal. My service at that time was expired for approximately 1 1/2 months. I was told by Bludomain that I no longer had access to my domain.On realising that I was no longer able to regain my domain, I had made multiple requests via tickets and email for the refund However, I have not received a refund from ************************ regarding this matter except a response on July 24, 2023 from her that she is willing to refund USD20.00 and move my site over to setup the files on another server for USD100.00.I declined the offer and requested that I get a full refund as I was no longer interested in their service I have not heard from her nor her company since.I have been as patient as I possibly can on the matter but it is clear that my repeated requests have been ignored.Can you please assist in this matter.I would greatly appreciate your help as my business has suffered due to loss of communication with current and future clients Kind regards,********************* Email: ********************

      I have been a bludomain client for over ten years. For the past two years, my site has gone dark with them sometime in March because Ive not received any invoices to pay them. This year, I thought I would be proactive and request the invoice ahead of time. I have submitted support tickets, sent emails and messages through social media and just today, posted a comment to one of their posts on ********* No one responds. My website is about to disappear again and there is seemingly nothing I can do about it. Someone needs to stop this company from doing business if this is the way they treat people. Im seeing now that this is a pattern for them and its unacceptable.

      I have been contacting Blu Domain since November 29th when I initially emailed them to their 'info' email to request assistance. My admin link is not working and I cannot access/update my website that I have through them. I have emailed them as stated on 11/29, submitted three separate support tickets, messaged them on social media twice (December 7th and 15th). In the final message I stated that I would be contacting BBB for assistance and still no response. At this point I no longer want them to host my website if I can't get ahold of them and can't manage it.... but, I can't get ahold of them and they also have to release the domain. I am up to date on all of my payments and have been on autopay for years and never missed. It is almost 3 weeks now with no response and this is ridiculous. There is also no phone number listed anywhere to call customer service for assistance.

      Similar to many others complaining about bludomain, the company won't return emails, or release my domain. My website has been down and non-functioning and nobody will return messages.

      My site went down with out knowing. I wanted to transfer my domain over to a new company because this happens every year along with me paying the hosting and domain and blu domain shutting down my site anyways not even knowing I paid it already. I sent payment for $120 to blu domain on 9/24. During this time of trying to transfer I have sent numerous emails and submitted numerous tickets in their website. I either would get no response of a response saying ******* deals with billing email her. I have not received one response from *******. My site has been down for almost two months now. I paid for hosting and domain for September 2022 to September 2023 and no one has issued a refund. My site now goes to another domain so I am assuming they sold my domain name. I have had this website for ************************************************* that were dedicated to loved ones that had passed away. It is all gone. I can not get any help from Bludomain. It has been the worst experience of my entire life with customer service.

      I requested that my domain name, *************** be transferred and close my account with BluDomain. Payment up to date July 2023.Requesting:1.Unlock my domain 2.Disable Domain Privacy 3.Send me the authorization code to transfer my domain to another host.Per ICANN, BluDomain has 5 days to reply. BluDomain employee *****, stated that *******, owner of BluDomain, is the person who handles domain transfer requests. ***** stated twice on 10/14/2022 and 10/18/2022 that she would reach out to *******. Still no reply from ******* or follow-up from *****. I have also emailed ******* several times at ******************************** and created several tickets, no reply. 10/10/2022 - Ticket: 910-***-B88B8 10/14/2022 - Ticket: 445-C66-F091B 10/18/2022 - Ticket: 5C5-3E7-073DA 10/19/2022 - Ticket: 181-2D1-09BD0, EE4-8F8-8506A, 079-DAB-5CD78, 940-730-6A141 Reason:I have been with BluDomain for 10+ years with two accounts. The other account was transferred already. I have had the same issue with communication and resolutions, being told my billing or transfer is handled by *******. I get no reply until I reach out repeatedly, spanning 1-3 weeks. The billing used by BluDomain doesnt always show up in email, yes, I check spam, and BluDomain is on the safe list. Websites get shut down because billing isnt received. Then I get overbilled. I have paid in advance, just for my site to get shut down citing nonpayment. Or shut down for no reason. ******* gaslights when this happens to blame the consumer or mail email carrier. Never fixing the billing issue. I even opened a different email with a different carrier, with the same issue. The admin password locks me out frequently.My second site was completely lost a few years ago with the backup issue on ********'s side.I just need to end the business relationship and move on. ***********************

      I was able to get a reply from the business BluDomain for case #18248566. They sent me the authorization codes to allow me to transfer my domain. I have closed my account with them. This has been resolved. 
      They said my emails do not come through because I am blocked as spam. Not even sure how that is possible and I'm guessing that is the issue most of their customers have.

      I originally had my website hosting through this company. I have tried for 3 years now to be sent information to my control panel as well as information on how I can switch my domain to a better company. Each year they tell me to pay my hosting and then they will send me information. For 3 years I have paid my hosting fee with them and never receive my admin information or information on how to transfer my domain. I just received another paypal request for more money to be sent for my website hosting. Each year I am told to pay my invoice and then I will be sent the information. Each year I pay and each year I am not sent information. This business is extorting money from me. All I need is the information on how to switch my domain to another company and they will not provide me with any information. They only send another invoice and request more money. There is no response for customer service issues but there is always another invoice sent. They are extorting people and it should be stopped.

      I have been a BluDomain customer for years and as literally every single other complaint states, the customer service here is THE WORST. They shut my site down every single year for "non-payment". It's pretty hard to pay if they aren't sending invoices. They state that the DID send an invoice this year, which is funny because I scoured my in-box and spam folders HOPING to find a way to give them money...and there was nothing. Nobody else has an issue getting an email to me. This is really ironic.I have been a photographer for over a decade and as a self-employed person, I depend heavily on my website for business. They are literally destroying my livelihood. It is August 12 and I have been messaging them since the BEGINNING OF JUNE asking for a resolution. It takes them DAYS to respond, when they actually respond but usually there is no communication at all. I suppose they are too busy "sending invoices" to other clients to take care of customer service issues.I also just found out that they are also holding my domain hostage....to the business that I have spent years building.... I have sacrificed so much in establishing this business and they won't release my domain. I have spent hours on the phone with ******* trying to fix this and they have said that my site is no longer registered to me. Honestly. This should be criminal..... I just want to move on and be done with them. Buyer beware!
