We are writing in response to the recent review submitted ******* by regarding their domain name expiration and subsequent redemption fees. She threatened to do this earlier today.
Upon careful investigation of the matter, it has come to our attention that *******'s domain name expired in the beginning of April and multiple invoices were sent via PayPal for renewal.
Despite our efforts to remind the client and facilitate payment, the invoice remained unpaid.
It is important to note that domain names are subject to redemption status by the national registrar after a grace ****** of 10 days following expiration.
The additional fee incurred during this redemption process is not imposed by BluDomain but rather by the national registrar in accordance with industry standards.
Furthermore, our records indicate that the invoice was sent to the email address associated with the client's account, and payment was processed through PayPal, contrary to her claim of not receiving the invoice or using PayPal.
We understand *******'s frustration with the situation and sincerely regret any inconvenience caused. However, we stand by our procedures and actions in this matter.
