If I could give this place NO stars I absolutely would. DONT take your puppy here, I might as well have taken him to get butchered. They sliced my puppys paw open but think it was okay because they paid his vet **** that he wouldn't have even had to go to if it wasn't for their negligence. They think it was okay because they offered me "a free cut and a refund" as if I can put a price on my babys trauma or as if I'd ever want them to touch him again. They think it was okay because he didnt have to get stitches but instead had to have it glued back together. They had the audacity to blame my puppy for being "too energetic" hello he's a PUPPY! Only 5 months old with a jacked up paw now. Don't call yourself an experienced groomer if you don't know how to safely and efficiently perform a service. They never thought to call and tell me that they couldn't finish the service if he was too "energetic", also didn't even have the decency to call me when it happened, just let me pick him up while he was still bleeding where he bled all over my car. I don't even know what he truly went through while in their care, I'm sure it was nothing nice though. I could also complain about the haircut they did and how they didn't even trim his nails but that's irrelevant at this point. Anyways, AVOID supporting this small business. I can assure you that they do not give a care in the world about doing a quality job and have blatant disregard for INJURING your pet. I'm sure someone will hop on here and want to argue about this post but I expect that of this unprofessional place. All I'm saying is, if you want to get your same happy and beautiful puppy back, don't put your trust in this place. It's been a week and my puppys paw pad doesn't look any better and if you know anything about paw pads. They never grow back the same and always remain tender after being injured. Save yourself some vet trips in advance.

Once again as we have said many times over to you and your husband we are beyond sorry for the accident that happened with your pup. We never once said or felt it was okay that your pup got injured on our watch. Yes we paid vet ****, yes we offered to reimburse your full amount of the groom because it's the right thing to do. As we took full responsibility for the accident that happened. The accident to your pups paw pad happened moments before your husband came to pick up your pup this is why a phone call was not made to you as your husband had walked in right after it had happened. When he got there he was calm and very understanding that it was an accident. Myself and the groomer who caused the injury were and are very apologetic to your husband and to you. No stitches were done, no pain medication was prescribed. The wound was cleaned and wrapped. Again I am very sorry for the injury that was caused to your pup as we do truly care and love every pet that comes in our salon.
