    Truly dissatisfied with my stay at this location. If youre looking for a professional hotel with sympathetic and empathetic staff- this is not the location for you. For starters, I drove over 15+ hours to get to this location w/ TODDLERS. In my reservation I requested 2 rooms both with double beds. I even called while in route to confirm with a young gentleman. Everything was set. Once we arrived- I was informed they no longer had any double beds and we could change rooms the following day. 1, Im baffled because I made the reservations WEEKS ago, secondly I called the day of and confirmed. Having kids and bags to unpack it wouldve been inconvenient to switch rooms.Later that evening, I was assaulted by another guest and I asked the receptionist (who seen everything as it happened in the lobby) to call the cops (my phone was broken in the process). She informed me that she did not want to be involved, but instead wanted to discuss the matter and be nosey instead of rendering help and support; mind you, shes the same person who was screaming she would be calling the cops as the assault happened to me, and also stated I would have to leave. At that point, I asked to have my reservations canceled.When the other guests of my party arrived to the lobby she informed them that I canceled the reservation and wanted her to call the cops, but she didnt to tell on anyone. The safety of the guests should have been the main priority. If someone who was assaulted asked for you to call the cops- why wouldnt you?! At that time I truly felt unsafe and felt it would be best to go ahead and leave the premises.Upon arriving home, I contacted the hotel and asked to speak with the GENERAL manager. The front desk manager basically told me no and that she would be handling the situation She was completely RUDE in regard to the entire situation. After explaining ALL of the inconveniences she basically stated theyd give me some points. WHAT DOES THAT SOLVE? Im telling her like ok

    This is completely false. Yes, the guest was in an altercation, however, it was a person traveling with her and they knew each other. I will not speak of this situation.
