Our stay was less than pleasant and we will NEVER stay here every again. Hotel was lovely and room was too, but the shower didn't work, nor did the shower in the room they wanted to move us to, nor did our friends' shower. When we mentioned this that night, they said we had to now wait until 6am the next day when the maintenance guy would get there. Mind you, we had to wake the front desk guy from his slumber... Nothing the next morning, even at checkout, there was no water. And yet again dealing with another person at the front desk during checkout, they wanted to turn a blind eye to the issue. Did absolutely nothing for us. Was asked to call back and talk to manager/owner Molly, left message, and nothing still. Been trying to call on and off now since we left and NO reply. I have a video and showed the front desk person, and they refused to acknowledge any fault on their end. They did absolutely NOTHING to help us out. So I will never stay there again. Our friends won't either. And I will NEVER recommend this place solely on the basis they didn't even acknowledge their error and try to help us out with anything at all. This is not how you run a business. So hence this review. And a call to my credit card company, and the BBB, and anyone else that I can think of between now and then. PS and they straight out lied to my credit card company saying they came up to the room. They did not. After being woken up, the front desk guy said he couldn't leave his post. So if there was NOTHING wrong, then why did they try to move us to yet another room with NO WATER! Bunch of LIARS on top of it!!! Too bad I cannot upload the video of it, as proof that they lied and are incompetent and are not accountable.
