I hired this company thinking that their work would take care of the water in my backyard. I was told that the work was guaranteed but was never told that “guaranteed” would cost me more money than was originally quoted. 
Once the original work was completed, we still had water pooling in the same areas (pictures below) and around the basins. Was told I needed to "give it time and it was doing what it was supposed to do''. After another series of texts saying that the issues persisted, I was told that the original work didn't take care of a certain area (even though I originally told the owner where the problem areas were) and another series of pipes and catch basins would cost another $1500. Based on the current work, this was not something I was willing to do.
I finally gave up and had another three companies come out to see what they could do (provide us an estimate to complete the work). Upon seeing the work of Olympus, they all stated that it was not taking care of the water issues and the work was, in their words, not correctly installed. They all questioned the validity of the company we hired and their ability to take care of drainage issues. The basins were not set up properly (elevated and not flush with the yard) and the pvc pipe was not installed correctly (and the correct type of pipe wasn’t even used) to properly drain the lawn. Our yard is a mess and our driveway is stained and left uncleaned.
After asking for a partial refund, we were told no. We were happy to work with them and wanted some sort of refund for a job not well done or completed. We then asked that the work be removed so someone else could begin work. At first, the owner said yes, but then we were told no. We are extremely upset with this business and just want the issues to be taken care of with our yard. I did not want to write a negative comment but I do not want this to happen to anyone else in the future.
