Westmore is DISHONEST and doesn’t actually care about its clients. Do not use this company. We considered returning to them and asked that they help with a no heat problem. They charged an extra 30 mins ($79.50) and when the error was questioned, replied that it was a “travel fee”. Less than 24 hours after our question about the charge, they charged our card without our knowledge or authorization for the entire bill because they suspected we’d dispute. They illegally charged our card a day after they invoiced us. Who does this? Outrageous and unacceptable. Also had to spend a lot of precious time on the phone with the credit card company. Enough said about how DISHONEST this company is. Spare yourselves the wasted time and energy dealing with this extremely petty company.

We're sorry to hear this person was not pleased with our service. They were a former customer of ours who contacted us because your current company couldn’t or wouldn’t service them during a “no heat” emergency. We rearranged our service schedule to accommodate this person. Our serviceman fixed their boiler and then we filled the oil tank. Only afterwards did they notify us that didn’t like our cost. We pride ourselves on running a quality service business, which is very expensive. It requires sound management and capital. We occur many costs to have technicians ready to service customers.

I was recommended to Westmore Fuel from my sister who uses them on all 4 of their locations So I decide to call, and I spoke to Tyler the sale agent I was given a contract price, I was told to fill out new account form on their website, signed up that same day, received a call back from Tyler said we are all good to go. No mention that a spread contract had to sign. I called a few days later informing him that I would like to change the Credit card on file. was able to do it. I week goes by for a first delivery was told by Tyler that driver could not get by and requires a path to be clear due to overgrown foliage, which was fine, I took care of it and cleared the path. I was called 4 times from Tyler in a week. regarding the path. Path was cleared and spoke to office and inform them They sent someone filled the tank and left a receipt. when I looked at the Price it was $2.00 more per gal. when I called and spoke to Tyler, I was told I didn't sign up and click on a link. was never told to click on the link when I filled out the application and opted for the service plan. Funny then why would you call multiple times and not say anything Shady sales rep promises you one thing and lies. When questioned was extremely rude and unprofessional. was told " not my responsibility to inform you about signing the contract."... umm Yes, it is, at very least inform people that it has to be sign especially when you call them 4 times in a week and not once mention the contract is different. and inform them hey you didn't sign instead let just send them fuel we have his card on file and charge them the higher rate and see if they notice.

We take great pride in our honesty and transparency. In October, we emailed this customer a price contract to accept within 48 hours. He did not respond to it. We do everything we can to offer reasonable prices, but unfortunately due to extreme volatility in fuel prices, the October price offer is no longer available. Yesterday, our sales rep texted with the customer and a new pricing contract was sent and accepted. We believe we resolved this situation.
