They then resulted to tell me I need a deep clean to continue the work so I said yes, proceed.I call just to get on hold for 30 minutes and got hung up.I call The same person who also recommended me to move forward on the deep cleaning. DANNY then offer 3 additional services which are:1: replace motherboard 2: replace GPU and apparent other issues to up sale cost 3: completely replace device. Apparently, it was impossible to get a hold of a technician because their departments were located in "different areas of Hamden". They were out back.The Technician "claims" some components were damage and are inoperable.They then procced to advise that they tried different components and diagnosed the PC to be sure that what they are offering is backed. After speaking to multiple agents, there are more than one conflicting stories. They never turned on the PC which was the first topic. They then apparently did a "diag" which resulted in other hardware being damaged. This was said only after I asked what is being done to prove that the three services they offered before is to be recommended. I went to the store to pick up my PC Nothing was even WIPED.Their reasoning for not doing anything but without them saying "this is why we did not do anything" is because they sign you up for a Asurion home+ membership that you pay MONTHLY. At the same time, I was getting notifications that some of my financial accounts were trying get logged into. After stating they "100% did not turn on my computer", when in the end, they stated afterwards they did to make sure what components were and were not working. All for them to say the GPU was shot, and at the end, the rep told me everything works fine. He stated they actually did NOT even do the deep clean because of liability of the components that make get damaged while cleaning. When they advised me to not turn anything on only until after they clean everything.
