              I canceled the account with this company over a month ago via email as required and ask them not to charge my CC but send an invoice. They still charging my Credit card that they have on file without my approval. Not only that they charge my account , they try to over charge ..for example I will ship a pallet for less then $100 in ******* last month ….and now they charge me for that same shipping $500 after I try to close the account. Also they don't let me close the account for over one month ….and as a result of that I can not ship with UPS until they decide that its ok to close the account This type of bulling and intimidation is hurting my small business
