      Hello,
I am sorry for the frustration. Slow mail delivery combined with labor shortages at the fulfillment center may result in slightly longer processing time frames so correspondence is crossing in the mail. I assure you your account will be updated and we will not send any future offers.

      Be Well,

      Ron

I am *** ***** * ***** and my account# with BottomLineInc is ********. Zip Code *****. BottomLineInc shipped a book entitled "******** ******* ***** ** **** * ** **** ** *** ********" to me on 03-04-2022 with a fake order date of 03-01-22 in their records. I never ordered this product or requested this product from the company. I have returned the book using a mailing label provided by the company. The United States Post Office tracking number for the return item is: 9*** **** **** **** **** *6 However, they have sent us an invoice for the amount of $53.44 for this book dated 03-11-2022 that we did not order and have already returned to them. It has been impossible to contact their customer service by email or phone directly. As a result I am filing with the BBB in order to ensure that BottomLineBooks and their ownership cancel the bill because we did not order the book, have returned it with a mailing label they provided, and as a result do not owe them any money at all. Furthermore we would ask that the company send NO further books or mail correspondence to us. Thanks BBB. I hope you can communicate with the company where we can not. Considering how they are going about business one might think they are trying to scam the elderly by sending them books they didn't ask for under pretension of auto-mailing them regularly and with no ability to protest the bill for unsolicited service or stop it from happening again... The list of complaints against them on your page would suggest that is true.

      Hello,

I am sorry for any frustration caused, however, please note that you ordered a continuity serires and as such, an updated book is sent to you each year. Since you returned the book, a refund will be issued and you could ignore any notices that crossed in the mail. Again, sorry for any frustration, but please be assured this will be resolved in the short run.

      Complaint: 1*******

I am rejecting this response because:

      This is unacceptable.

No clear indication was ever made that I was buying into some form of continuity series. I have no desire to purchase ANY further books from your company and no option to cancel your auto-send books is offered.

Therefore I request that you CANCEL any future book mailings from your company and stop sending invoices for products not requested, returned to you, and not purchased.

      Sincerely,

      ***** *****

Yes indeed....you have been taken off the program and will no longer receive any new offers.

Hope this will resolve the issue.

I've had service issues with Belvoir Media Group, LLC since December 2021. I've sent several emails but they haven't responded to them other than two emails on 2-3-22. The first email they responded to was written 1-21-22 but they didn't respond to it until 2-3-22. They only stated I had an account balance of $29.95 for a one year subscription but they didn't offer me the three year subscription for $34.95 as requested so I called customer service on 2-3-22 at 6:45 pm but I wasn't able to speak with anyone. The message stated they were closed even though this was during normal business hours. Then I received an email shortly after that on 2-3-22 asking which ******* subscription I'd like. I emailed on 2-3-22 that I'd like the three year subscription for $34.95. They didn't offer me the three year subscription instead they canceled my subscription. They haven't given me the three year subscription since then. I had also requested one extension because I had the January/February ******* issue they sent me, bought from ******. They didn't respond to my requests for an extension nor offer me one extension.

      Helly

I am very sorry for the confusion. The order received from you was for a two year subscription. When the invoice went out, there was an offer to increase to a 3rd year for a small incremental balance. Had that amount been paid, the file would have updated to a 3 year subscription. In any event, I apologize for the difficulty and will have customer service contact you to make certain we provide exactly what you want.

Thank you very much for your business.

I have renewed my subscription to ****** **** ******** magazine and with it I was to receive a 2022 Calendar. I called the ************ (after a very long hold time) on Dec. 20, 2021 and was told the Calendar was to be mailed. To this date January 5, 2022, no Calendar was ever received. I tried to call the toll free number above several times last few days and no one cared to answer after a 20 to 30 minute wait and the Call Back is a joke (no call back). I emailed customer service and the President, Sarah H**** these last few days and no answer. My account number is ************.

First off, thank you so much for your order. Your business is greatly appreciated. I will make sure your calendar is mailed out......worst case is you will receive 2 calendars. Not making excuses but the supply chain inclusive of the post office has been a challenge. Hope to get you squared away in the short run and thank you again for your business!!

An "unsolicited" package (book) addressed to my spouse, was received from ****** **** *****, * ******* **** *** ****** ** ***** on 11/24/2021 (day before Thanksgiving). Note: According to the Federal Trade Commission, unsolicited goods are considered a gift, and the recipient is not required to pay for or return them. In this case, as a courtesy, the "unsolicited" package was "unopened" and rejected with instructions to "Return to Sender." USPS tracking information verifies the "unsolicited" package was returned and delivered to sender on 12/8/2021. The 1st Invoice from ***************, **** *** ****** ****** ** ********** was received about a week (12/1/2021) after receiving the "unsolicited" package. The invoice identified the book as "** ****** *************" and demanded a payment of $54.63 or pay installments for a book not in my spouses possession. There is no phone number to call on the invoice but only a note to write to their ***** ** address if any questions about my spouse's account. So on 12/16/2021 two letters were sent via Certified Mail to *************** in ***** ** and also to the corporate headquarters in ******** ** addressed to Ms Rita K******* **** *********. The second invoice was received 12/24/2021 requesting payment for the second installment. A third invoice is expected the fourth week of January for a book that was sent as a "gift." To date, no money has been lost to **************s. The dispute: My spouse is being charged for merchandise she did not request. Based on many complaints about this company **************s does not respond to requests to stop billing. My spouse and I request the invoiced charge of $54.63 be removed from ** ***** ******* ******** *******. Explicitly, cease and desist now - except, confirm in writing that this invoiced charge has been removed. Remove our name and address from any list you may have. **************s/ ***** **** **** does not have permission to sell or use our names for any purpose.

      Hello and Happy New Year.

Please note that this book was not unsolicited as we have an order card that you mailed to us that triggered the book delivery. We have no interest in mailing hard cover books at random hoping people will pay for them. As crazy as this world is, that would be insaine. I mean no disrepect by saying the above, but your BBB filing is just not accurate. Since you have returned the book, the system will update and no further invoices will follow. Our goal is to provide useful health information to those who order our books; I am sorry you had a poor experience with our company.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: The complaint was sent to ****** **** ***** also known as ***** **** **** We have never heard of Belvoir Media Group. We take exception and challenge the statement "the book was not unsolicited as we have an order card that you mailed to us that triggered the book delivery." We want to see the evidence made by the statement. Plus we need an invoice with the $54.63 removed and with a zero balance from the account of: ** ***** ******* ******** ********. We need to have our names and address removed from all lists. We have not heard any response from two Certified Mail letters sent to ****** **** *****/ ***** **** ****

      Sincerely,

      ****** ******
