Very disappointed. The company that suppose to come to clean the clogged bathtub did not show up! Had to call for emergency service which was very hard to get. As a result of the delayed service the water overflow the bathroom and damaged all 3 apartments downstairs. The company refused to accept their negligence and was only sending automated responses on my complaint Emails. I have no choice but escalate the matter publicly and explore other path of resolution.Review from Erin T

This Was A Seamless Transition, Work Was Done Perfectly , Exact Same Unit Very Happy With The Entire Experience!! If I didn’t have the home serve insurance in place I would really be in trouble financially. Very grateful for the companyHomeServe USA Corp. Response

Our fan quit on Saturday and I called Sunday. Then waited all day Sunday (no business open) and Monday (I figured there was business already planned). On Tuesday, wifey was getting a little miffed because it has been so hot! I sent a replay to the email HomeServe sent me and a reply to the text they sent me. It must have gotten thru to someone! Tuesday early, the tech guy came out and fixed! Knows What He Is Doing. Thank You HomeServe! Would recommend to anyone that needs the help!HomeServe USA Corp. Response
