I brought my infinitity in for valve replacement within the transmission! The Saturday after thanksgiving 2023! On Monday Jenny confirmed that was the only issue my vehicle had, but suggested I do a full transmission inspection just to be safe! I agreed to be on the safe side! Now this is where the troubles began she state she would call me back within 24-48 hrs with an estimated time of repair, she did not call me! I called her at this time she had no answers for after day 3 but my car as been sitting there for a week already! It’s now the 2nd week still no real answers my wife now calls speaks to mike he then tells her I need a replacement transmission due to other mechanical issues, mind you Jenny never relayed any of this to me! Jenny is very unorganized and per mike she does not take notes related to each vehicle hunts why I received inaccurate information! I go to pick my car up they then charge me 900 to take my car meanwhile the transmission is not in place so I had to get a tow! They also took my speaker out of trunk without my consent, and to make matters worse I had my family mechanic come check it out, they didn’t have my transmission in my car! It was still In there garage!!!!! They are taking customers money and not providing timely repairs and lack communication skills to give accurate information related to each individual customer! I am now without a car until further notice all because of lack of communication and inaccurate information to me by JENNY! Very poor service they do not deserve any stars! Customer beware! Take the time to research!

I am sorry that It did indeed take longer than expected. We didn’t want to conde the transmission right away.
Once we realized the transmission had more damage than just the valve body we looked and looked for other options. Today we finally got a call from our last vendor and told us a transmission for your vehicle would be $1650 with a 1 year warranty.

By the time we could share this you started that you would tell your wife you now could buy a new car because you didn’t want to invest in this car. 
You repeated that to me when you came in to pick up the transmission today.

All we want is to help our customers and it would have been at a reasonable price to fix it for under $2500 so I really don’t understand other than the timing why you would take your vehicle and pick up the transmission when we honestly could have fixed it with the 1 year warranty.

I’m sorry that we didn’t do it as fast as we thought we could and hope to earn your trust if you decide to bring it back.
