            This happened last year and this year too. I called this company to schedule maintenance on my gas furnace and they cancelled 2 days before they were to come out. I have medically compromised family members and needed the heating to work and they cancelled.

            If I had my choice I wouldn’t leave any stars. As long as they have your money they’re happy. Over the course of 3ish years they have cancelled 13 appointments on me. After the last appt I went online and scheduled another one for 5days away. That too got cancelled and was told by the manager that the online scheduling feature was being taken down that day. Here it is over a week later and it’s still up and functioning. I finally got my requested refund back and am going to another company.
