Around roughly Dec 2022, my therapist raised to me that I had an outstanding balance with CCCC which needed to be addressed. I was surprised. They had my card on file to auto-deduct the $50 copay every time I had a session, how could I have a balance? Regardless, I checked out the issue. It was a balance of $800 in co-pays for sessions from nearly two years ago with other therapists through CCCC that they failed to auto-deduct. Charges for 16 sessions built up that they failed to collect on their own.I immediately stopped the sessions with the most recent therapist through them. I examined the bill and found that one charge was for a date that I had already paid for (I crossed referenced with my credit card statement) and one was a charge for a date in the future (which actually is just insane). I was annoyed, but said fine and paid the $700 on 2/21/23 minus the two charges that didnt make sense ($100). They then tell me that they made an error on the invoice and the charge which had the future date was corrected to a date in the past and the payment for the session I had already paid for was applied to another past balance - as you can already tell, the invoice they sent was impossible to understand.Ive been trying to address this issue since January and had been playing phone tag then email tag because no one was getting back to me. Finally, I just decided I was done hearing from them about the remaining $100, and paid the final $100 today 6/1/23.
