              I'm receiving a $40 bill for an appointment on 2/22/23 that was cancelled by me for my daughter ******* ****. I tried to cancel the appointment on 2/21/23 because we had an urgent matter occur and couldn't make the appointment, but no one answered the phone. So I had to wait until the day of the appointment on 2/22/23 to cancel the appointment. Mind and Body Consortium is still billing me for the cancellation fee even though it is their fault for not answering the phone. Everytime I call their office, I'm on hold waiting for someone to pick up. I called their office twice explaining the situation and nothing has been done even though I spoke with Dale on 5/1 in the middletown office that said that if they waive this fee than they will not be able to do this again this year which I was fine with and yet, I'm still receiving bills. I would like this $40 fee waived.

              Ioma chuks is the worst Dr in this place. It seems she has her own mental issues to deal with . As soon as you disagree with her about YOUR CARE she will kick you out and try to humiliate you in front of other patients. That doesn't sound like the type of person you would want to confide in to help you with your problems. I don't know how the other Drs are but she is unprofessional so save yourself the agony and do not meet with her . Rude is an understatement when describing her . She makes the whole company look bad
