            SCAMMMER ALERT! Booked with this service because they stated that it was economy and it was a non stop flight. Both were not true I over paid for the flight and they gave me a basic flight even though it stated otherwise and then all of a sudden the non stop flight was not available and they couldnt assist me and that in the very small they consider ecomomy the cheapest air flight that the airline has, I would NEVER use them again! By far the worst company I have ever used. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

            Dear Jasmine, Laytrip sells economy tickets only. Each airline has different fare names but we do specify that we sell the most basic fare that the airline has. We state it the moment of booking, as well as in our Terms of Use, section 2.1 (a). We also prompt our customers to read our Terms of Use prior to making a booking and checking off the box that says "I agree to your Privacy Policy and Terms, which include terms from Laytrip suppliers and travel partners." In regard to the flight change, please note that it was the airline that initiated the change, which is outside Laytrip's control. Once we were notified of the schedule change, our agents promptly notified you via email with the new flight times. Unfortunately, the airline did not provide us with any rebooking options that we can pass to you as the passenger.
