They do business with scammers who prey on the elderly. Called me an "internet crank" when I asked them to investigate and refused to do anything. They're a joke.

This individual is NOT a customer, affiliate, vendor or anything else of our company. He used false pretenses in his attempts to harass our company, lying about the purpose of his 2nd harassment call in one day, attempting to trick our staff into allowing him to immediately speak with the company president, rather than schedule an appointment, as he was offered. After he lied about the purpose of the call (claimed he was looking to set up a company using our services) and was caught in this lie, he hung up on our staff member and started trying to bully us through the BBB. Our company strictly serves as an in-state conduit for legal process to be served to us on behalf of mostly out-of-state clients, who contract with us for this service at a flat rate annual fee. This is a purely administrative, arms-length relationship that has absolutely nothing to do with the business practices or activities the companies for whom we provide these services. We have neither a duty nor a right to make it our business to investigate any company or client, particularly not based on the rantings of some person whose first contact with us was deceitful and illegitimate on his part. If we are witness to, or aware of, any violation of law, we take action, but this is certainly not the case here. This internet crank who now abuses the Better Business Bureau's review feature, once again based on false pretenses (that he is a "customer" of our company), simply made conclusory, generalized, unsupported allegations about one of 1000's of companies for whom we are registered agent in Delaware. He never specified what he was talking about (other than his bald claims as made in his "review") and never provided a shred of evidence or anything else to substantiate his allegations. We had just responded to a bad faith complaint he made to the BBB, only to have this counterfeit review come in from him. In summary, this person knows nothing about our company, nor how the registered agent relationship exists under Delaware law. If he did, he would take his complaints and harassment to whomever has aggrieved him, or to a law enforcement or regulatory agency, not to a 3rd party not in any way involved in the company he is targeting. Our company has no relationship, past or present, nor anything to do with Nate Brinton. Any consumer or businessperson who reads reviews or complaints that Nate Brinton has made should do so with a very skeptical eye about his veracity and motives.
