I truly wish you the best on your next salon endeavor. Trying to diminish my small business over the internet instead of calling me to discuss.
*** To clarify. You NO SHOW to your appointment on Thanksgiving Eve, one of the busiest days on the year for us. You claim you called and left a voicemail to the phone number (302) 232-5971 which DOES NOT associate with our salon. We never heard from you, we contacted you the day of your missed appointment.
I called the phone number you provided myself and it is Everest Supermarket Halal Meat & Food Truck... not Ash & Gold. When they picked up they confirmed they were a supermarket in New Castle, Delaware. You can find them on google. You are still arguing over the number being ours, its not.
When there is a no show 100% of the services are charged. The policies are clearly outlined on our website and displayed before confirming a booking. You are aware of this because a signed cancellation policy we have signed and dated on file by you in March of 2023.
I will not continue to take this harrassment over the internet and on our cell phone any further. You claim you aren't being refunded now? But you've already disputed your $80 Im not sure what more you're looking for here? Please stop making false accusations.
Our stylists’ time is valuable, especially during peak periods. Notice we never even charged the full amount. Its the holiday season Robin. I wish you the best in finding your next salon.
