            Did not honor advertised pricing. Clear bait and switch. Advertised as $84.99 with original pricing of$99. $99 is the onw time maintenance price. I was made to sign up for a service plan to even get the pricing down to $89.99 which was normal service plan price. In no way honoring advertised offer. When I asked for the advertised pricing I was told. "We can't do that price". If it "can't" be done, don't advertise it!

            Wolves in sheep clothing. This company came and repaired a leak in my a/c units piping. They installed pipe across the front of my air handler unit and now the front panel will not come off. They now refuse to service my a/c because they can't get the panel off. I have called the number for 2 days and left a message. No one has returned my calls. A good company would come back and fix the problem they caused. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

            Unfortunately this is not accurate. We did perform a leak repair. Prior to the repair, we informed him of all the deficiencies during original installation. That included improper piping across the air handler.

            After a year of regular service, we stop provided regular maintenance service due to how he treats our staff. He yells & curses at everyone, and we simply cannot tolerate that. Seeing his attempts to defame us, has assured us we have made the right decision to no longer provide services to him.

            As I said in my comments above wolves in sheep clothing. No one has ever yelled or cursed at any of this companies staff. They did a screwup job on my air system and refuse to fix it. Anyone looking for an A/C company STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!
