Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience others have had with this company. I found the communication to be lacking and the experience extremely stressful. We had mold in our attic (air handler room) and on one of the walls in the baby's bedroom. During the process of remediation, I had several questions and the project manager did not address my concerns, he only addressed what he felt was convenient. I like to understand the scope of work that will be performed and when I had asked for a schedule so that I can make arrangements for someone to be home, I never received a actual schedule, just approximate dates which eventually some turned into cancellations. In the process of remediation, they found that the dining room wall had mold as well and he provided a proposal for that portion. I questioned the measurements and asked how they came up with the measurements and proposal amount. My husband who is a project manager remeasured the wall and it was less than what was stated on the proposal. My husband sent him a breakdown of the measurements and asked a few questions. Instead of responding to my husband, he contacted me and told me that he would not like to take on that part of the job and for us to find someone else to complete it. After the remediation in my attic was done, I was told that the drywall will be "scheduled tightly" after the hygienist test, never happened, instead he told my husband that he would be better off getting someone else to do the rebuild. I had already informed the company that I had made arrangements with the Air Test company to perform a pre and post air test. When it was time to perform the post test, he said that he will take care of the cost to have the post test done. The agenda behind this was so that he had complete control not release the results until I paid the remaining balance. I had no intentions of not paying, but I feel I had a right to know the results prior to final payment.
