Great Company! Technicians have a no-nonsense attitude that is backed by the owners "Do it Right the First Time" mentality! I've been a customer since 2017. Following the recent hurricanes I needed help in a tight spot and needed it done quickly BUT right. I admittedly shopped my estimate but in the process found how dishonest some other local companies are! Saving a few bucks isn't worth the hassle and headache, knowing I can continue to DEPEND on DEPENDABLE AIR whenever I need them is priceless. Highly recommend them A++++++******, ******* and ***** are the BEST!

Dependable Air came out and did a "deep cleaning" on our air conditioning on 2/1/2024! During the process the technician ***** found other issues. I was angry at first and he told me to get a second opinion. Well I did. Turns out ***** was correct my coil was leaking, and the leak was on a different part of the system that my other company didnt clean or look at when they come out for our regular check-up, and their price was higher for the repair than Dependable Air. As ***** pointed out the leak had been happening for a while from the looks of things and the other company hadn't noticed, which ***** found long before he located the actual leak. The ladies in the office were very helpful and knowledgeable. As well as patient, some of my phone calls I was frustrated, admittedly, but they were able to answer my questions and put me at ease. My wife brought a tin of cookies to them in gratitude! Dependable Air just does a more detailed job, if I had been getting their level of service the whole time I may not have needed the repair ever. A+ service Im a customer for LIFE!

Great experience with Dependable Air. Im very happy with the work they did and how they worked with my son and daughter who live out of state. We were a big ball of confusion and the offuce was so kind during the process. ***** is so helpful and knows his stuff. ******* and ******* are our favorite ladies in the office though we can count on them.

Dependable air came out to do a maintenance on a brand new air conditioner they sold me last year. the guy that came out said I needed to replace a part and that the part was not under warranty. He had me pay him cash and told me not to tell the company that this was a secret. I do not recommend this company to anybody I feel I was taken. Also I k ow of other people in the park that have had bad experience as well with pricing way to high. Buyer Beware !!!!!!

I am deeply concerned this customer may have been taken advantage of by another air conditioning company, or an individual impersonating or illegally representing themselves as Dependable Air. Our notes reflect we haven't made contact with this customer since 2021. This constitutes theft, both from our company as well as a customer. Dependable Air has a zero-tolerance for this kind of behavior and would immediately pursue prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, with the cooperation of the customer.

The construction industry as a whole has experienced catastrophic product and labor shortages nationwide. Our industry specifically has and continues to experience unprecedented price increases over the last 2 years. In 2022 alone HVAC distributors will have increased our costs a whopping 25% on top of the 2021 increase of 18%. Tragically due to the current economic climate we were forced to adjust our prices for the first time since 2012 to accommodate a 43% increase.

While I have spoken to many customers inquiring about the cost increase, many of them were unaware that we held strong for almost an entire decade, attempting to maintain the pricing our customers were used to. However the last two years increases made those efforts impossible. We continue to offer the same quality care and dependable service at the current market price. In efforts to assist our customers in these turbulent times we have expanded our financing programs to include more interest free options. As a small family owned and operated company we build friendships beyond business relationships with our customers and making customer satifaction our utmost priority.
