Scott the salesman at a-1 aluminum refuses to service our faulty gutters that leak. I have reached out to the company multiple times and are just ignored. He threatened me for final payment and assured me the gutters would be fixed. After receiving final payment Scott will no longer reply to emails or calls

Worst company I've ever dealt with. They completed a sunroom for us with a 1 year warranty. Through that 1 year, we tried many times to get them to fix leaks but they kept stalling and it would take weeks if not longer to get them out to try to fix issues. There are still like 4 or 5 leaks in there. Do not ever use this company! Waste of time and money. For full review visit the link below (keep in mind I posted that awhile ago. We have emailed her continuously and answered her phone calls. This is the last email that was written on 5/2/2023 which states :
Good afternoon! I have dates and notes of all communication and tasks performed. The last time we came out was on 5/9/2022 at which time we water tested the roof we installed and there was no leak. We then water tested your roof around your chimney and roof started leaking. Attached is the picture taken at that time. Chimney is not flashed correctly. Flashing has Fastner not covered up, (caulked). Shingles are not laying down correctly, (rippled) as per picture shown.

I have tried to attach the picture of the chimney to this letter, to the BBB, but it would not accept. The picture of the shingles beside and around the chimney shows that there is definitely a water problem! Let me know if there is another way I can send the picture so it can be presented.
